Evictions are a legal process that must be handled by an attorney in accordance with local laws.

GROVE Management does not act as legal counsel, but we coordinate closely with you and your attorney to support the process, including:

  • preparing and providing required documentation
  • coordinating communication with all parties
  • assisting with property access and turnover as needed
  • helping prepare the property for re-leasing once possession is restored

There are no additional management fees for our coordination and support during this process.
