GROVE Management was founded from firsthand experience.
Like many homeowners in the Washington DC area, the founders found themselves in a position where they needed to rent their primary residences rather than sell. While the decision to rent was straightforward, the process of managing those properties proved to be far more complex than expected.
That experience became the foundation for GROVE Management.
Since 2011, GROVE has grown into a full-service residential property management company serving Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. The company has developed the systems, processes, and vendor relationships necessary to manage properties professionally and consistently.
Today, GROVE Management specializes in working with homeowners who want to rent their properties without taking on the day-to-day responsibilities of being a landlord. Many of our clients are navigating this process for the first time, and we are focused on providing a clear, reliable path forward.
Our goal is simple: to help homeowners protect their property, generate consistent income, and avoid the stress that often comes with managing a rental.
